Our traveller groups include adults, infants, children, seniors, and active-duty military personnel. Transaction fees are typically non-refundable and could alter at any time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking confirmation may incur refundable transaction service fees. Due to the transaction service charge, cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are not eligible for refunds. Please be mindful that the above-specified service costs do not apply to the following items:
- The purchase of tickets online for first and business classes might result in service costs of up to $210 per person.
- The cost of service for open-jaw and multi-city reservations can reach $110 per traveller.
- In cities with high cases of fraud, service fees might reach $50 per passenger.
- For specific dates and nearby airports, service fees can reach $60 per traveller.
- Service expenses for unaccompanied minor tickets can reach $110.
Charges for bookings made through the contact centre: Reservations booked through the contact centre may incur higher service fees than reservations made online. These costs cover extensive multi-stop and intercontinental travel arrangements. A service fee of $20 to $280 (or up to $130 for senior citizens) may be imposed on each reservation.
